Last updated: October 14, 2026

The videos, field manuals, checklists, community discussions, and other materials offered by Throttle Defense LLC ("Throttle Defense") are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

1. Not a Substitute for Hands-On Instruction

Online training cannot replace supervised, in-person instruction from a qualified instructor. Practice firearm handling, holster draws, and defensive techniques only under appropriate supervision, in a safe environment, and in compliance with all range rules. Never practice with a loaded firearm outside a safe, approved setting.

2. Riding Safety

Operating a motorcycle is inherently dangerous. Nothing in this training should be practiced while riding on public roads. Always follow traffic laws, wear appropriate protective gear, and ride within your skill level.

3. Not Legal Advice

Firearm, carry, transport, and use-of-force laws vary by state and locality and change over time. Nothing in this training is legal advice. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Consult a qualified attorney about your individual circumstances.

4. Not Medical Advice

First-aid and trauma-response content is not a substitute for formal medical training or certification. In an emergency, call 911 and follow the instructions of emergency medical personnel.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using these materials, you acknowledge that firearms training, self-defense techniques, and motorcycle operation involve risk of serious injury or death, and you voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throttle Defense and its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the training materials.
